Sweet Earth Delights

Handcrafted sourdough from Omaha

Client project · WooCommerce store, Square, and product photography

Sweet Earth Delights already had loyal customers through coffee shops, grocery stores, farmers markets, and pop ups around Omaha. What they needed was a real online store they own. We built a custom WordPress and WooCommerce website with Square, so people can browse products, find retail spots, check upcoming events, and shop in one place.

About the client work

Sweet Earth Delights is an Omaha sourdough bakery known for handcrafted loaves and baked goods. For years, customers found them through Facebook posts about market days and store updates. That worked when the business was smaller. As demand grew, hunting through social media for where to buy bread stopped being enough.

They needed a digital home that matched the quality of the product. Not another rented page, and not a feed that buries important updates. A website they own, with products, locations, and the bakery story in one clear place.

What we built

We designed and developed a custom eCommerce website on WordPress with WooCommerce, then connected it to Square so online orders and in person sales stay tied together. Customers can shop anytime. Inventory stays easier to manage. Local pickup and shipping options are there when the business needs them.

  • Custom WordPress and WooCommerce online store
  • Square integration for online and in person payments
  • Product pages built for browsing and checkout
  • Retail location and pop up information in one place
  • About pages that tell the bakery story
  • Mobile friendly design for customers shopping on their phones

Photography that sells the product

An online bakery store only works if the bread looks as good on screen as it does on the cutting board. We photographed their loaves and baked goods to show texture, color, and craftsmanship, then used those images throughout the site.

Strong photos help new customers trust what they are buying before they ever place an order. For a food brand, that first impression matters.

Built to grow with the business

Sweet Earth Delights did not need a website because they were starting from zero. They already had customers, products, and years of local reputation. They needed a store that could support the next stage of growth, including local SEO so people searching in Omaha can find them beyond Facebook.
